Privacy Policy

Whole Founder · Last updated: October 15, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Whole Founder ("Whole Founder," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you interact with our advertisements, lead forms, websites, messaging channels, and services. By submitting your information to us, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Who we are

Whole Founder is a marketing and conversion-rate-optimization agency that helps businesses improve their funnels, landing pages, and paid acquisition. You can reach us at [email protected] for any privacy question or request.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit a lead form, send us a message, book a call, or send us your landing page or funnel for review, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, business name and type, your offer and pricing, your funnel type, your advertising spend, your landing page or funnel URLs, and anything else you choose to share with us in forms, direct messages, or calls.

When you buy a teardown. We collect your email, the page URLs you ask us to compare, an optional Meta Ad Library or Facebook page link, and any optional answers you give about your offer price or ad spend. Payment is taken by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.

Information collected automatically. When you engage with our ads or pages, we and our providers may collect device, browser, and usage data, IP address, and interaction data through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (including the Meta Pixel and platform conversion tools).

Information from third parties. When you submit a form through Meta (Facebook or Instagram) lead ads, Meta provides us the information you chose to submit. Your use of Meta platforms is also governed by Meta's own policies.

3. How we use your information

4. Legal bases (where applicable)

Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we process personal data on the basis of your consent, our legitimate interests in operating and marketing our business, and the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: service providers and processors who help us operate (for example advertising platforms such as Meta, CRM and email tools, analytics, and hosting providers); professional advisors; and authorities where required by law or to protect our rights. These providers may process your data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards. For teardowns, the providers are Stripe (payment), Resend (email delivery), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Browserbase (a cloud browser that opens the page URLs you give us), Apify (reading the public ads you link), and an AI model provider reached through OpenRouter (analysing those captures). Only public pages and your answers go to the capture and AI providers.

6. Cookies and tracking

We and our providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate our pages, measure ad performance, and improve our marketing. When you make a purchase, we also send Meta a hashed (scrambled) copy of your email, your IP address, your browser's user agent and Meta's own cookie IDs through its Conversions API, so Meta can measure our ads. We never send Meta your answers about your offer or ad spend. You can control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of certain interest-based advertising through your device and platform ad settings.

7. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which we delete or de-identify it. Teardown reports and the page screenshots used to make them are stored so we can deliver your report and run any re-score or replacement. You can delete your report and its screenshots at any time at audit.wholefounder.com/delete.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to opt out of marketing or the sale or sharing of personal information. To exercise any right, email [email protected] and we will respond as required by applicable law. You will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

10. International transfers

We may process and store information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

11. Children

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version, and material changes will be posted on this page.
